Itinerary

Upon arrival at Lusaka International Airport, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel. Take some time to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at the hotel, where you will receive a briefing about your upcoming adventure.

After breakfast, you will take a morning flight to Lower Zambezi National Park. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Chiawa Camp, nestled along the banks of the Zambezi River. After settling into your luxurious tent, embark on an afternoon canoeing safari. Paddle along the river, keeping an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, and various bird species. As the sun sets, enjoy a tranquil evening back at the camp with a delicious dinner under the stars.

Start your day with an early morning game drive, where you can witness the park's wildlife waking up. Look for elephants, buffalo, and various antelope species. After brunch, participate in a guided walking safari, where you'll learn about the flora and fauna of the region. In the afternoon, relax at the camp or go for another canoeing adventure. Dinner will be served around the campfire, where you can share stories of the day’s sightings. On the next Day: Today, you will have a full day of activities. Begin with a morning game drive, exploring the park's diverse habitats. Afterward, enjoy a fishing excursion on the Zambezi River, where you can try your hand at catching the famous tiger fish. Return to camp for lunch and spend the afternoon at leisure, perhaps enjoying a swim in the camp pool or indulging in a massage. In the evening, embark on a night drive to spot nocturnal wildlife, followed by dinner at the camp.

After breakfast, you will transfer to Jeki Airstrip for your flight to South Luangwa National Park. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and taken to Puku Ridge Camp, where you will have time to settle in. In the afternoon, head out for an exhilarating game drive, exploring the park’s rich biodiversity. Keep an eye out for the park's famous leopards and other big cats. Return to camp for dinner and share your experiences with fellow travelers. Continuing the days, you will have the opportunity to explore different areas of the park. Start with a morning game drive, focusing on the park's diverse wildlife, including elephants and various bird species. After lunch, visit a local village to learn about the culture and traditions of the Zambian people. Engage with the locals and gain insight into their daily lives. Return to the camp for dinner and enjoy a night drive to spot nocturnal animals.  

Day 10 is dedicated to adventure and exploration. You have the option to partake in thrilling activities such as bungee jumping from the Victoria Falls Bridge, taking a helicopter flight over the falls, or going on a sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Enjoy a leisurely lunch at your hotel and spend the afternoon at your leisure, soaking in the beauty of the area. In the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner at a local restaurant. After a leisurely morning and breakfast, you can explore more of Livingstone or relax at your hotel. In the afternoon, you will take a flight back to Lusaka. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel for your final night in Zambia. Enjoy a farewell dinner, reflecting on your incredible journey through Zambia’s natural wonders.

On your last day, enjoy breakfast at the hotel before your transfer to Lusaka International Airport for your departure flight. Take with you unforgettable memories of the Zambezi River, South Luangwa National Park, and the rich culture of Zambia.
