Itinerary
Upon arrival at Livingstone International Airport, you will be met by a transfer officer holding a signboard with your name. They will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to your hotel in Livingstone town.After checking in and freshening up, take an evening stroll around Livingstone town. Explore the local markets, such as the Maramba Market, where you can find a variety of handmade crafts, textiles, and souvenirs. Bargaining is expected, so feel free to negotiate prices with the friendly vendors.If you're interested in learning about the town's history, visit the Livingstone Museum, which showcases exhibits on the life of Dr. David Livingstone and the cultural heritage of the region. The museum also has a gift shop where you can purchase locally made items at fixed prices.In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of the town's restaurants, such as Café Zambezi, which offers a mix of Zambian and Western cuisine. After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the Victoria Falls entrance on the Zambian side. Embark on a guided tour of the falls, marveling at the thundering waters and taking in the breathtaking views.Continue your adventure by visiting the Devil's Pool, a natural infinity pool located on the edge of the falls. This thrilling experience allows you to swim right at the edge of the falls, with a natural rock barrier protecting you from going over. Note that the Devil's Pool is only accessible during the dry season (September to December).Next, head to the Boiling Point, where you can see the water churning and boiling as it plunges into the Zambezi River. This is a great spot for photography and taking in the power of the falls.In the afternoon, walk across the historic Knife Bridge, which connects Zambia and Zimbabwe. This bridge offers stunning views of the falls and the surrounding landscape.Before returning to your hotel, visit the Mukuni Village, a traditional Zambian village where you can learn about the local culture and way of life. Interact with the friendly villagers and purchase handmade crafts to support the local community.
After breakfast, you will have some free time to do any last-minute shopping at the Livingstone Craft Market. This market offers a wide variety of handmade crafts, including wooden carvings, baskets, and textiles. Bargaining is expected, so be prepared to negotiate prices.In the late morning, you will be transferred to Livingstone International Airport in time for your departure flight.
